MANAGEMENT TEAM
Managing Director
David is our director and established Hobday Solutions Ltd as an electrical business in 2009. He has expanded the business into other divisions as civils and groundworks.
Project Manager
Adam is our Project Manager and has a wealth of experience. Adam has nearly 30 years in the industry, although he is the Project Manager he still gets the tools out when he can.
Civils Supervisor
Jamie is a Groundworks Supervisor. He is skilled in all aspects of groundworks and will be one of the first onsite, measuring and marking out the upcoming job.
Civils and Utility Supervisor
Gavin is a Groundworks Supervisor. He is qualified in all areas of streetworks. He will also be the person that attends if there is a water main issue.
NICEIC Quality Supervisor
Jacob is our NICEIC Quality Supervisor. He has been an electrician for the past 6 years and promoted to NICEIC Supervisor for the past year and a half.
Electrical Supervisor
Matthew is our Electrical Supervisor. He is a very skilled electrician and has been with us the past 2 years.
Building Supervisor
David is our Building Supervisor. He has been with us since 2023 and does all of our internal work with our clients. Plastering, plumbing, painting, tilling he’s your man and much more.
HR and Senior Office Manager
Zoe has helped run Hobday Solutions Ltd since 2009 and supported the business behind the scenes. As the wife to Dave she has supported the business and as it expanded she became a full time member of staff in 2020. Anything you need she can help with!
Accounts Manager
Chantelle keeps the office running smoothly, if you call she’s the one that will give you the warm Hobday welcome. She has many years admin experience and has been with us since 2022. Come in and say hello Chantelle, Zoe and Hannah they are always happy to help and give a warm welcome.
Media and Marketing Manager
Hannah is the latest member of the team running all of our social media platforms, website and marketing for Hobday Solutions. In addition working with all the charities we donate to. You may see her on sight but if not she is in the office with Zoe and Chantelle working on the next TikTok trend with Reggie!
Company Well Being
The smallest member of the Hobday Solutions Team. Reggie makes himself heard if you call the office and will always come up for a cuddle if you pay us a visit! He has lots of experience in making sure all of our staff are well cared for and a cup of tea on hand.
